About Chicago Cycles and Motorsports
My life has been motorcycles. From my first KX80 dirt bike to first my M Class the day I turned 18 on my VN750 to the day my mom wanted to throw me out for coming home on my first R-6 (and everything in between!), it’s more than my passion. It’s in my blood.
I was lucky enough to get my start in this industry at Chicago Cycles on Western Avenue in late 2001. I stuck around when we sold the shop in 2004 and moved to a new location on Touhy Avenue. Many of our customers got to see my passion firsthand in helping everyone have the lifestyle only a motorcycle can bring. It was a sad day in 2010 when we had to close the doors on such a great Chicago landmark.
I went on to run Fox River Harley Davidson. Being in a smaller store allowed me to really build a family style sales force as well as see how lives change on the back of a bike. Now that I’ve experienced both worlds, it’s allowed me to do something I’ve always talked about doing: Bring back Chicago Cycles and give customers great bikes at great prices with the feeling that you’re not just a number, but a member of the family. All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All MOTORCYCLES  are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.
Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You will receive 30-day in-transit tags.
